Toonyug Audio provides Royalty-Free Music, Soundtracks, Loops, Beats, Ambient Sounds, and Custom Audio Assets that can be used for YouTube, Animation, Films, Games, Commercial Branding, or Personal Projects.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any audio from Toonyug Audio, you agree to follow this policy.
🎼 2. What You ARE Allowed to Do with Our Audio Content
You may use Toonyug Audio content in the following ways:
✔ Use music/sounds in personal and commercial projects
✔ Use in YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, Shorts, Reels, Ads
✔ Use in Animated videos, Films, Games, Apps, Courses, Podcasts, and Client Projects
✔ Modify, trim, loop, remix, or combine audio with your project
✔ No mandatory credit is required, but giving credit is appreciated
❌ 3. What You Are NOT Allowed to Do
You are strictly prohibited from:
🚫 Reselling, redistributing, or re-uploading the audio “as it is” (standalone) on any platform
🚫 Uploading the audio to Spotify, Apple Music, Saavn, Gaana, or any music streaming platform under your name
🚫 Claiming copyright, Content ID, or ownership on any audio purchased from Toonyug
🚫 Sharing our audio on music download websites, apps, stock libraries, drives, torrents
🚫 Using the content in illegal, hateful, adult, abusive, or violent content
🚫 Using the Toonyug name, logo, or branding for business registrations (Trademark, LLC, Startup, etc.)
🚫 Selling raw audio files as your own on marketplaces like Envato, Pond5, AudioJungle, Pixabay, etc.

❌ No – If you simply change volume, trim slightly, or rename it and try to sell/distribute the same music as your own.

You only purchase a license to use the content, not full ownership or copyright.
Unauthorized duplication or resale may lead to license termination and legal action.
