Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any animated characters from Toonyug.

By purchasing a Character, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not purchase or use the Character.

1. License:

By purchasing a Character, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Character for personal or commercial purposes as outlined in these Terms.

This license allows you to use the Character in unlimited projects, but you may not resell or redistribute the Character itself, whether modified or unmodified.

2. Intellectual Property:

The Character, including but not limited to its design, animation, and accompanying files, remains the intellectual property of Toon Yug.

You may not claim ownership of the Character or any derivative works based on the Character.

3. Restrictions:

You may not sublicense, sell, lease, or distribute the Character on its own or as part of a bundle or package.

You may not use the Character in a way that violates any laws or infringes upon the rights of others.

4. Modifications:

You may modify the Character to suit your project’s needs.

However, you may not distribute or sell modified versions of the Character.

5. Warranty:

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Character.

We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use of the Character.
